Excellent response, coordination, sincere and trustworthy. Many qualities one craves when dealing with tradesmen. Highly skilled and capable. Would no doubt work with him again, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a top notch electrician.

Tony recently moved/replaced several light fittings in my house. He came and quoted for the work and booked it in for a couple of weeks later. He was very professional, well organised and reliable, friendly and easy to have around. Thanks Tony.

Tony is fantastic, friendly, polite and tidy.
We had the fuse box changed and rewiring plus new light switches and sockets/pendants. 💯 Recommend

Great service from Tony. He is very professional and I trust my house is in good hands with him.

Needed an Electrical Installation Certificate. Tony was quick to respond efficient and helpful throughout. Although extra work required gave us a list of materials needed and completed all remedial on a day and time that suited us. Again very efficient work ethics and gave sound advice. Certificate now issued. Tony is very reliable helpful efficient so couldn't ask for more . Highly recommended.

In December 2024 we needed an electrician to fit a built in Mircowave Oven which needed to be hard wired.

We wanted a local business. We found Plugs in the Downley Magazine

We made contact with PLUGS and our experience is as follows;

Very quick response to us

Made an appointment to view the work that would be required and attended

Give us an estimate of the cost

Advised when he could complete the work

Arrived on the arranged appointment

Took good care of our space with dust covers etc

Very clean neat and tidy and excellent work

When work complete we would not have known we had any work done

Sent us an invoice

Sent us a guarantee

We liked the skills, qualifications and professionalism of it all

We will definitely use Plugs again and will have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and neighbours.
